My Perfect Day

My perfect day would be waking up at seven in the morning to an eighty degree summer morning, the sun shinning and not a cloud in the sky. I would walk down the stairs and see a hot chocolate and avocado toast just waiting for me. After I finish with that I go out side to the garage and see my bike fully charged. So I go ride down the the beach with all my friends. At the beach we would tan, go in the water, and chill. At around four I would start to head home. I get home at four fifteen put my bike away and unpack my beach bag. Once I’m finished with that I take a warm shower. Just to see that when I get out my mom is taking me to my favorite dinner spot on lido. So I get a nice outfit on, do simple makeup and blow dry my hair. At the restaurant I get a California roll and seaweed salad. When I get home I change into comfy pjs and get into my warm cozy bed with a ice cold water next to reflecting on the amazing day I just had!

Eighteen Years Old

If I could be one age forever I would pick to be eighteen. At eighteen you could do so much! Like first of all I would get to have a driver’s license, and drive any where I want to go. Secondly I would have a lot more freedom because I’m officially an adult and being an adult means making decisions like going to college or not, I would go to the university of Hawaii and live on the beach. Imagine doing that all day long! My 3rd reason is that because I’m an adult I could start a business and make lots of money so I can retire quicker. Those are just a few reasons why I would be eighteen forever.

Why the Beach is so Special

The ocean is such a special place to be with friends, family, pets or just by yourself! I appreciate the ocean so much because when I have a stressful day I just ride my bike there and it always calms me down. The beach is also a fun place to go with friends my friends and I always meet down there to hang out! I also have so much family who lives there on the streets, so all of my family gatherings are down at the beach. The only time I have EVER said I don’t want to go to the beach is at junior guards on a day that we did the wedge run. I also am very connected with the beach. My whole family grew up there and I grew up surfing and constantly in the water. As I got older I had to junior guards. Junior guards is a program for 7 weeks out of the summer where we do fun activities that teach us how to be a lifeguard and long swims with long runs. But this is all the reasons why I think the beach is so special!

Rad reading-September

Button pusher by Tyler Page

The plot in my book is a boy named Tyler Page and he is very different from other kids. He doesn’t listen in class and does very disrupting things without thinking. In the book he states, “my brain is like a Farris wheel that doesn’t stop.” But in the book he has so much to deal with, having ADD but no one really knowing, parents fighting and trying to do decent in school. One thing that I loved about the book is that it’s a comic book so it keeps me hooked the whole entire time. My favorite character is Tyler because he is very entertaining to read about. One of there amazing traits is energetic. And a quote is, “… it’s almost like he’s a a computer that never runs out of battery.” The quote shows that he is always energetic and unless he takes him pills there is no off switch. My favorite quote is, “ he must’ve not taken his medicine.” This quote really just summarizes the whole story. I think that u should definentally read this story.
